agree with JK. the CRAs will mark it in dispute..not the CA. if your in SOL, this is not smart unless you truly dont think this is yours. you have told them your proof..and thats not smart, either. never tip your hand unless a suit is filed. a c and d needs to be in a diff letter...also they dont have to validate in any way..all they have to do is stop collecting until they do. courts still dont agree on what is necessary for legal validation. ask your state if they are licensed or need to be,not them. they wont tell you this stuff. lol. if its out of SOL, the OC has nothing to do with it and can keep it on the report 7 years if verified. all in all...sorry..i dont agree with most of it. you have apples and oranges all mixed up...you are showing them to much info , and half of it they dont even have to do. rewrite it. sorry. my opinion*** and add,,"this is not a acknowledgement of owing this debt in any way"
