They are based in Riverside, CA My voicemail at work just got bugged by them. I love this...now the scumbags are calling me 1 day BEFORE they send out their "Hi...I'm your new CA" and yell at me because I haven't contacted them. If I have an account that is past the 120 days, but I still have the last correspondence from the OC, can I still deal with them? Or do they sell it off to a CA that fast that now I have to deal with them?
