my view...the SOL only letter. dispute with the CRAs and see if its verified. other than that..they can collect --just not sue and win if you fight it---forever, technically. ignore them and make sure you answer a suit. C and D for work and home..say in writing at home only..if you want. or C and D totally. they will just resell it. keep all proof for a possible lawsuit. they can win one if you dont show. thats my opinion* :)...you cant stop them totally on collecting. one will always pop up somewhere. ask your state what they need to collect and make sure they have it. it will stay on the CRAs , if verifed, for 7 years from DOLA.
