CRAs do not validate. they verify. if not verifed..they remove it. please just listen to whychat. dont be sorry..its how we learn. i was totally in the dark a year ago. but whychat knows what he/she speaks. SOL and C and D the CAs...dispute with the CRAS. opt out. IF your out of SOL 100% completely positive. verify only means the reporting party verifed the debt, it is NOT validation at all. that is with who owns the debt and since you say you are SOL..it doesnt matter in the least. in a suit..your defense is SOL..whether they validate or not doesnt matter because its time barred. better? make sense?
