I just received a call from ENCORE, they are true scum. They left a message on my answering machine saying to call back before 9:00 pm or have my lawyer call back. Are they goig to sue me? Are they a collection agency. I called back on my cell and asked what ENCORE was they said none of my business. I asked if they are collection they hung up. I called back and said they are violating the FDCPA. The collector said "Stick the FDCPA were the sun don't shine" Should I be scared of these bottom dwellers?
