Maybe you would be better off obtaining a cosigner for a loan in the other country. What about the girlfriend/fiance? Can't you obtain a loan in both your names? Or apply for joint citizenship in the other country? I think your plan, if it is legal, is right on the line. You would be better off by not doing that and finding another way.
