Yes they are a collection agency. Riddle is one of the jokers who services camco- the scum of the earth. They may be calling on a 20 year old debt or they as usual they have the wrong person but could case less so they are going to harrass you anyway. Take my suggestion or pay the consequences later. Call them up with a tape recorder on and tape the phone call. In Utah you can tape them without even letting them know. Once you do this and find out about the debt contact me at picanteL4343@hotmail.com and I can help you out. He really really hates me and he can suck it for all I care.
