In reading an article on Cross Country Bank and their illegal, predatory practices, it mentions:

"According to Hatch’s office, the FDIC issued a ceased and desist order against Cross Country last year over its sub-prime lending practices. In addition, New Hampshire filed a suit against the firm last year.

Cross Country draws up to 25% of the consumer complaints to the FDIC despite the fact that it has only 4% of all U.S. cardholders as customers, the complaint charges. The firm realized profits of $400 million in the five years starting in 1996, it adds.

So it appears for Crap1, Corpse Country, Pervertian, et al. The FDIC site has a complaint form on-line.

Does ursury sound good to start?
