Well their scumbag sister company Midland is suing me as well, but I am not even sure if they are licensed and bonded here in Indiana, I am trying to find out. I have checked a few things and so far they do not come up in Indiana at all. I wrote a validation letter to Midland,the court and Midland's attorney's who are here in IN. I am hoping they can't validate and just dismiss, but if not I am going and trying to fight it in court.
