If She is a corporate officer it might, but a corporate officer would know all about it.

An employee that is made an auth user on the card would have it show, since She has acces to the line of credit. But as an employee, She is not protected by consumer laws. Most of the liability lies with the Corp, as long as the purchases made on it are for the Corps business.

You have to relizise that this is not consumer credit. A lot of the details lie in the aggreement signed by the Corp with the Card Co.
