thats what allianceone did to me. you will be getting a letter in a week or so from them. they seem to call before the letter arrives...they have 5 business days to send and you receive it. totally illegal but they all do that crap. if you receive a summons..answer it. they all threaten to sue..typical CA crap. dont be scared, just know this is how they act. tell them to go f** themselves and their horse next time. why does the gov let this abuse continue?? i am so curious on why they dont care in congress. i guarantee, they will get more abusive as time goes on.
