im afraid they can , hon. acting as their assignee.. another reason to hate this sytem. i argue mine but the CRAs just say argue it with the person who inquired. stupid thing. sorry..i hope its over soon for ya...i used to know a lady who chatted in the room i chat in with the same nickname as you. :) i have cap1 and the CAs all inquiring on mine..cap1 does it monthly..but its softs. talk about watching me..kinda creepy. how dumb to have inquiries hurt a fico!
