I forgot mention, the Citibank account first became delinquent in '94 and the SOL in IL for Open accounts is 5 yrs. Does anyone know if that means I'm off the hook, or did the clock reset when the debt was sold to GSC? I'm not trying to be a deadbeat, but I rather work towards keeping my house.
