Gulf State Credit - Class Action Lawsuit Anyone?

Has anyone ever attempted to file a class action civil lawsuit against these guys. According to the FTC website if a debt collector has violated the law, "...a group of people may sue a debt collector and recover money for damages up to $500,000 [in a state or federal court]..." Given that this is the only unscrupulous collector listed on this forum by name in multiple instances, please reply to this e-mail if you are interested or have any comments.
