Creditor Harressment-PLEASE HELP!

In short- we are being harrassed by a credit agency which we have tried to work with. They refuse our payment plans and continue to harrass us on a daily basis. We have asked them to stop calling and they to do comply with our wishes. We have asked them who they are and for thier address in order to address our concerns in writing, yet they refuse to give us any informaiton about themselves. When we try to discuss our financial situation with them (this is over a $350.00 debt by the way which we do not agree with we actually only owe $150) and try to tell them that we are really hurting right now due to my husbands change in business, they want to hear nothing of it. Instead they tell us that they will just put us down as refusing to pay and that we could care less about our credit or what happens to us. When we try to rebut and tell them that is not what we have EVER said, they refuse to listen and go on screaming and yelling and arguing with us. They do not allow is to speak and when we do they speak over us, then hang up. When we try to call them back, again they yell and hang up. What can we do...Is this harrassment? They put words in our mouths and will not surcome to reason. Please help us and let us know what our rights are or what we can do. If you need more info. I will be more than happy to supply it.
