The next time the call, try to get a snail-mail address for them. Then write them a letter, stating that they have the wrong person, and to cease communicating with you.

Be sure to mention the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which is the main law regulating collection agencies. Even though you aren't the actual debtor, I suspect that the cease-contact provision will still apply. And mention that you will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (which enforces the FDCPA) if they don't stop.
