Yes dispute the account and your credit reporting agency will either accept that it is not valid, or if they do must provide the contact information in certain states such as Florida.

If they can't verify the company or give you an accurate phone number, then ask for an address so you can write. If they can't do that, then keep writing letters every 3 months asking for the account to be removed, based on the fact it's invalid. Eventually it will be removed if they can't verify it themselves.
