If you go to ezboard.com you will see alot of people with supposed Sprint accounts that are past due. I was one of them. I did some research and found out that the name that went with my reference number wasn't me. They told me two different names for the same account number, neither was me. They also said they would fax me a copy of the letter stating they had taken it off in 5 minutes. 5 days later, I'm still waiting......
