Linda, The SOL in PA is 4 years. I live in PA also, and asked the Attorney General. There are several issues here. Ask the Utility company to validate the debt. Send the ma certified return receipt letter. Give them 30 days to get the information to you. Complain to the Attorney General of PA, they have a website. Also,Complain to the Public Utility Commission, make sure the utility company aware of the complaint. You will get results. Good luck.
