Hi, thanks for your input. The hospital collection agency REFUSES to put it in writing that they will not report this to the credit bureaus, they will verbally guarantee it ONLY. Therefore, it seems that I have no other choice(if I want to pay this debt--which I do)than to pay them without it put in writing, true or not?
