Warrant in Debt

I got a warrant in debt from a lawyer representing Citibank for 905.82 plust costa and attorney fees. I already enlisted teh services of the Daly Law centers to settle my accounts.
I cannot go to court next friday to deal with it, the warrant says i do not have to go and the law centers said i do not have to go. I really just want to settle the account with 5 installments of 200 dollars over 5 pay periods.
I'm in virginia and really don't know what to do. The law centers said they would look at the papers and talk to Citibank's attorneys, but that they would get back to me "before next friday" the court date is then. What exactly is the warrant in debt ? Will a judge decide when and how i will pay and how much, or will his decision just mean that Citibank has the legal right to recover their money, and that from there on out i can come up with a payment schedule with them?

I can't afford more than 200 a month since i have other bills to pay. PLEASE HELP!

thanks
