deficiency demanded on suit to forclose home

question,

Do you think if it says *DEFICIENCY DEMANDED* on my suit to forclose, that there will be an automatic money judgment given when the house is sold for less than is owed on it.

I had hoped there was going to be 2 individual suits, one to forclose, and the one later after the sale of my home for deficiency.

I heard recently that they can be combined into one suit.

And if this is true, im wondering about how much time is about average from the moment of sale, until the money judgment for the deficiency is recorded.
