I too was notified of a "Public Record" change on my credit report from credigy/receiveables solutions and I'm also guessing it was for a judgement or summons of some sort. I also have no idea who this company is and the amount they've posted on my credit report is no where near what I owe to MBNA. Aren't they supposed to contact me via mail or phone to work out a payment plan or something? I did look them up on the internet and it appears that they purchase bad debt in bulk and attempt to recover it.
