Someone told me to attach a note to each check saying that by cashing the check you agree to terms of the agreement and then write those terms out. This will help us to get the judgment removed. The attorney firm said they would cancel the judgment once paid in full. I'm somewhat embarrassed to hire an attorney for such a stupid thing.
