can cali mobile home be taken for defaulted car loan?

My mother lives in California. She aleady went thru chapter 7 BK 3 years ago. She then proceeded to go buy a car and an old mobile home to live in. She rents the space on which the home sits. Last year, she lost her job and is now on permanent disability. The car was repo'd and charged off for $12K. My question is that in the event that she gets sued and they get a judgment. Does california homestead exemption include mobile homes? Therefore they could only put a lien on on the mobile home (which is worth less than 10K) and not seize it for auction. Does her BK change anything She is worried sick that they are going to take her home. please help. Thanks in advance.
