I don't own anything & I talked to a couple lawyers. One said I could do a Chapter 7 and wanted $900. Didn't trust him because he wanted to meet at fast food restaurant to go over the papers instead of his office. So I Talked to the 2nd who said I wouldn't qualify for a chapter 7 but could do a chapter 13 for $700. It's just as hard finding a bk attorney as it is finding a consolidation company. I think if I can't find a solution soon I might end up doing a Chapter 13.

Thanks for your responses. It probably saved me from wasting money in that company.
