I have so far filed complaints against Midland with the FTC and now the IN AG. I have cited the abusive phone calls that included accusations that I am committing a criminal act (credit card fraud) and a host of profane language used at me when they called. I also added the fact that they have never contacted me ever before, before the call and have never provided anything in writing to me on this matter and that I have no idea who they are or if they are even licensed/bonded in my state. It may not do much, but it did feel real good to do. At least it is on record.
