I found that information for my state on the state website. The info is kept by the Secretary of State's office. I searched the business entities. If they legally do business in the state of Missouri, they have to file annual reports with the Sec. of State. If they fail to file their report, it says so, it also tells you how long it has been since they filed one and you can also get the name of the agents and owners of the business. Some states aren't online, so you have to call to request a report and some will charge a fee.
