I report to the BBB, AG and FTC on my complaints. If there is a parent company I file against them too.

My favorite is to report all those so called 'lawyers' to the state bar when they violate the law. If they are members they are investigated if not really attorneys then they've now commited a crime!

It may not do much but I have had investigations started or reopened due to my compalints. Can't gaurantee results, but so what, the credit creeps are going to show thier butts so we might as well report it. Amazing how tough guys back down under the magnifying glass.
