which makes no sense to me as suing is a form of collecting. everyone has to use lawyers licensed in the state they sue..i think i would ask the AG on that one. its , as usual, misleading and confusing. why dont they just say what they mean??? not sure they can sue without being licensed..still. i would need that proven, lol.
