I'm a relative newbie here and I learned a lot of great information on the Bud Hibbs site. I'm not sure he is an attorney and I doubt he would be with you in court. When my time comes, I'll want an attorney with me at any court proceedings. The CAs haven't turned up the heat on me----yet. When they do, I'll be contacting The Avenger for a referral or representation. Just my 2 cents. YMMV.
