Got a call today on my CELL phone regarding an account my wife has with citibank. 7 months since last payment. I asked why they were calling me as I was listed as an authorized user only ( and have since had this negative deleted from my CR) Said they they are sorry they didn't call since Monday (today is Thursday) to discuss the cival judgement that will be filed against both of us. Also mentioned something about warrant of debt. My question is this how can they attack me as I as only listed as auth user? I told her we are contacting an attorney and was told to call her back as soon as we have a name etc....Who are these people and are these just scare tactics. Debt is $6k
