I don't plan on going to court without an attorney, that would be foolish. I just want to collect as much info that is factual as I can. I know how lawyers work and unless it is something huge, I think giving them whatever I have would be a benefit. Plus I am working on a paralegal degree and all this legal research is also a benefit to me. Hopefully I won't be going to court, or at the very least since I sent the validation letter my court date I should think would at least be changed, giving me more time to gather case law and info.
