bud hibbs is sharp. since im not in NC or florida, i cant have avenger, i cant have any lawyer cause i cant afford one. i dont care what the case..i simply dont have the cash. i may want one..but since i cant pay the bills, i doubt i can pay some lawyer. so....hibbs has a good site. keep learning! one needs a lawyer licensed in their state to practice, anyways. glad you have money to pay a lawyer, some of us dont. :)
