hmm.. how to prove they knew the account was time-barred... i just noticed something very strange on the complaint the plaintiff sent. It said i will be charged the interest starting March 11, 2000. Based on my credit report, I stopped making payments in Feb 1999 and my account was charged off in september 1999. Why didn't they start asking me to pay the interest since sept 1999? why march 11 2000 (half year after sept 1999). I am just puzzled.
