PLEASE HELP! Is it lawful to serve a summons and give me to days to validate the debt? Further, is it lawful to ONLY speak to a psychodic LA that states this debt collector is the exclusive atty of a huge healthcare corp?
I paid the debt within 10 days only to recieve ANOTHER NOTICE that I owed 20 more dollars for "charges for the summons complaint".
