I'm just too angry to be scared right now. I could get on my soap box and tell you what they have done to us, but I am afraid I would break something! It has been a true horror, and it isn't our debt. The complaint filed is so sloppy and you could drive a truck through all the holes in their case, but yet we still have to go to court or they would win. My husband has to take off work for this garbage and he is the only one working right now. It's a mess! Even without paying an attorney, we will be out money, win lose, or draw.
