Anyway, welcome to Hell. B&M are some of the nastiest CA's around. Prepare yourself for just about anything, at least anything in the way of threats. B&M loves to threaten with lawsuits, or lawsuits they claim to file in your county (they will mention your county or town) and never file those suits. They also love to claim they can have your arrested or get you fired and just about everything else.

B&M stain a small spot in upstate New York but rumour is they also have an office in New Jersey. So for you, they cannot sue you directly they would have to hire a third part lawyer to do so. It is very unlikely they would sue you unless YOU made the human mistake of talking to them and they got some kind of info worth getting an additional lawyer/firm involved.

No matter which CA you talk to always remember when you speak you just hear yourself talking. When the CA hears you speak he/she/it hears the opening of a information goldmine. Every word you say, every little piece of info is analyzed for clues as to how much money you have, what property you have, how desperate or scared you are, how supportive your family is, what your future prospects of getting money are, etc.. DO NOT give them any info about your past, your place of work, additional phone numbers they can reach you at, family info , ANYTHING. DO NOT offer them any kind of deal NOR confirm any kind of statement they make. If you have caller id on your phone get a caller id box or phone and watch for them to call, they almost always come in via the 716 area code.

B&M WILL escalate their calls, usually leaving something downright terrifying when you least expect it. DO NOT fall for their tactics. If they
OR anyone are going to sue you then you would have to be served. You can also find out how to look up future or present court cases in your area to keep on top of this. Stick around here and learn from the others on how to deal with the CA's and what mistakes to avoid if you need to get them to stop harrasing you.

If you truly do not have money to pay then DO NOT even try, not one penny. You will only ruin whats left of your life trying to pay off these evil people and risk having them raid your bank account or going after your relatives.
