Do we really have to prove that they knew the account was time-barred in order to claim legal fees? They can't just file lawsuits without even checking whether the account was time-barred or not. They have caused embarrassment and stress, they should pay for it. Someone can't hold a knife to someone and hurt him, and say i thought the knife was not sharp. I should just countersue them.
