Oh.. wonderful WFFNB - the bogus 'national bank' - I've dealt with them for a Victoria's Secret account. They just loved that 'investigator' title and its total BS. Is it Stokes and Clinton calling you ? They're a law firm in AL, and they're pain in the butt. They ignored my validation and C&D letters - TWICE. I didn't owe much, about $500, and they have long since gone away.

If you want to re-pay, write up a payment plan/settlement offer and mail it to them certified, RRR. Don't agree to anything over the phone. You were 100% right NOT to cave in to their automatic draft demands.
