You mean as per your info the account goes SOL today?. I wouldnt do anything hasty, that is dont play hardball just yet. Be VERY VERY sure about your SOL before doing anything and if it really doesnt matter for the near term you might want to leave it alone unless the CA's are really bothering you.
If you get the SOL wrong you could really screw yourself if you start mixing things up with the CRA and CA's.
