Have you filed all the paperwork for the Chapter 7? Have you been given a date for your creditor's meeting? ARE YOU SURE YOUR ATTORNEY FILED THE PAPERWORK. Once you file bk, it stops all litigation. So, if you filed bk before the date of the judgement, something is wrong. Not a disaster. You will need to make sure that judgement is vacated. Extra step for your attorney. Not automatic. I would call to the courthouse where the judgement was filed. I would check with the courthouse for the status of the bk. Just to be on the safe side, I would get most of the money out of that bank account, open a new account using your roommate as primary. NO, you are not head of household. However, it takes some time to garnish wages. There is paper worked involved.
Quote from Why Chat:
The exemption for garnishment is 40X the Fed. Minimum wage-or about 210.net take home pay, (after taxes &SS)
If you ar going to be earning more than that, then you MIGHT be sugject to garnishment IF there already is a judgement against you, AND they find out about your job.

Rule of thumb for garnishments is 25% of Net. I don't know specifically about Florida because I looked it up and it said see "federal guidelines". However, I don't think you need to worry at this point. CHECK ON THE BANKRUPCY, MAKE SURE IT IS FILED. MAKE SURE YOUR ATTORNEY KNOWS THEY NOW HAVE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST YOU.
