Have you filed all the paperwork for the Chapter 7? Have you been given a date for your creditor's meeting? ARE YOU SURE YOUR ATTORNEY FILED THE PAPERWORK. Once you file bk, it stops all litigation. Rule of thumb for garnishments is 25% of Net. I don't know specifically about Florida because I looked it up and it said see "federal guidelines". However, I don't think you need to worry at this point. CHECK ON THE BANKRUPCY, MAKE SURE IT IS FILED. MAKE SURE YOUR ATTORNEY KNOWS THEY NOW HAVE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST YOU.
