Chapter 7 and keeping my savings and checking account.

I need to file chapter 7 because of credit card debt of 100,000 due to my husband's death. I have a savings of 23,000 and a checking of 10,000. Will they liquidate my savings in order to pay off the debt too or is that exempt?
