no i didn't get any statement on the $50.00 deal but i notice that when anyone calls form a customer service type thing they say" this call maybe monitored for training purpose" or how ever they say it, so i told them to check that conversation & you will NOT hear anything about me having to make a $500.00 down payment in three months,ect. The agency said the bank was not satisfied with the $50.00 arrangement & wanted the $500.00 to keep out of court. I did pay the $500.00 already & told them i wanted a letter stating they were not going to call me in three months again & want another $500.00 &$150.00 a month ect.I think i will open another checking account at another bank.So now that i have made these arragements am i obligated to them?And if i stop these electronic payments what happens? What can they do to me.I did ask for papers on the sale of the are or what ever they did with the car & they said they don't have it to get it from the bank.What a mess,when you try make good it not good enough they want blood....thanks for your help.
