What the hell is that ?? There is NO SUCH THING !!

If this person knows so much about debt elimination but doesn't even know the name of the Federal law that protects people from collection agencies, what else doesn't she know ??????

The PROPER law that binds collection agencies and protects consumer's rights is the FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS PRACTICES ACT -FDCPA.

If you're certain your debt is beyond the SOL, all you need to do is send them WhyChat's SOL letter and tell them to go pound sand. You don't have to pay them and you do NOT have to listen to their crap.
