in 97, my house was foreclosed upon and close, proceeds paid the mortgage, however, huntington bank had the equity loan which was not paid. they got a judgment against me in 98, they never collected... approx 7 months ago, they attempted to renew the judgment, with whychats help (ohio revised code 2309.) they lost because the judgment is invalid, they only had 2 years to collect the deficiency.. anyway today i rec'd a letter from huntington saying "your loan is seriously past due. we are currently reviewing your account for forclosure on the following property...(address listed) (i live there but the home is in my mother's name alone)...(she had nothing to do with the forclosed house 7yrs ago whatsoever)

if you wish to make payment arrangements...blah blah contact me...

what should i do?
any advice would be appreciated.. i have the court documents showing the account to be uncollectable..

thanks
