Just an up date. I’m still having seizures my brain is still jello...but that will pass. But I'm in no shape to write any thing on my own. The reason I didn't pay the credit card was that I was very badly injured at one of the state forensic hospitals were I worked. I was a psych techniction and took care of the criminally insane and was attacked, sustaining a brain injury, and a particular adjustor at State Compensation Insurance Fund of California was playing dirty with me, claming I was fake my injury. They cut off all my payments for several years. They were ordered to give me back years payment but never did. I finally got 100% disability from both from SCIF and SSDI My medical condition can be fragile at times
I am a bit court phobic left over from the worker comp days I am in contact with a few attorneys neither have shown any inclination to take on the case with the case just told me to go to small claims court. I guess I will have to do that. Or a higher court, the problem is I’m having about 10 seizures a day. Once my med are adjusted that will stop. Who now how long that will take. This whole thing sucks just when my quality of life had gotten so normal always does but it will take time. Pissses me off because this was the longest period of time I've gone without seizures since my injury. Lest say I think Eskanos & Adler should have a very special place in hell

PS now I know what a ride is like in a helicopter well I think I do I don't remember all of it
