http://www.lectlaw.com/forms/f016.htm This is what I used to form my answer to a complaint. I just read through it and deleted what I didn't need or didn't apply to my case and reworded the paragraphs I used to fit my circumstances. It was pretty easy and looked nice when I finished. Oh, one thing, you need to double space your answer and make sure your font is set at 14 or it is too hard to read. Good Luck!
