In other words, the OC can charge off an account after 180 days, get the tax write-off as a bad debt, and assign the account to a CA to collect on their behalf??? Can the CA sue and get a judgement while the account is 'assigned' from the OC? Or does the OC have to sue? Seems to me like we're getting screwed from both angles.
