oc has to sell off after 6 cont. months of nonpayment???? how do they get away with this in court if they are supposed to sell the account after 6 months??? I am also being sued on a defaulted citibank card that has not been paid in about 2 years...within sol....have answered summons and intend to show up in court...actually, kind of looking forward to it for some strange reason..
